McKern Steels involvement in steel fabrication has seen it become an industry leader for its quality range of steel lintels, Structural steel, Lite steel beams(LSB), balustrading and on-site installation – with many of these steel building products protected by exclusive design registrations. This Australian company’s success has led to numerous long standing supply contracts with highly respected Melbourne, Sydney and regional Victorian builders, as well as their associated entities and a number of smaller companies.

14/10: As from today, the company will now be officially known as McKern Steel, previously being McKern Building Products trading as McKern Steel.

10/10: We are pleased to announce that we will be major sponsor of St Anthony's cricket club again in 2008/09. We wish them them all the best for the upcoming season.

30/09: Well the Senior team have done it again, this time by 6 points over Golden Square. this means that for the first time in 110 years the mighty Borough has gone Back to Back, a absolutely sensational performance. Unfortunately the Reserves and U18's just fell short, but as a club we are extremely happy to have been able to get 3 teams to that final day in September. Well done to all involved.

30/09: Steel pricing has again increased from the 1st October due to world pricing apparently. We will of course endeavour to keep this under control for our valued customers.
